About our classes

Every class has something different to offer.
See below to better understand how each class can fit your specific Fitness needs

BOXFIT: BoxFit is an action packed high intensity workout designed to get your heart rate pumping and body moving.  In this class you will alternate between powerful punching combinations on a heavy bag and dynamic bodyweight exercises off the bag.  This class targets strength endurance and coordination.  Whether you are throwing punches, doing squats, push ups or mountain climbers every move is designed to challenge you and build full body fitness.  

PUMP: PUMP is a total body workout that combines repetitions using light to moderate weights and cardio.  This high energy group fitness class will focus on building strength and toning muscle using a barbell and adjustable weights.  Set to upbeat music this full body workout targets all major muscle groups with a series of squats, lunges, press and a variety of other lifts.  The class is designed to improve muscular endurance and increase metabolism, while burning calories, making it an excellent choice for helping you get stronger and more toned. This class is suitable for all fitness levels. 

Indoor Cycling: Indoor cycling, high energy indoor cycle class designed to challenge and motivate you through a full body workout.  This class is for beginners or seasoned riders of all fitness classes.  Indoor cycle is set to an inspiring playlist that will put you through sprints, climbs and endurance challenges.  Our experienced instructors will guide your with proper form and technique to ensure you get the most out of every ride. Get ready to push your limits, burn calories and leave feeling energized and accomplished.   

Step: This is a dynamic and energizing fitness class that blends the rhythms of step aerobics with the power of strength training.  You will move through a series of step patterns designed to boost your cardiovascular endurance, then you will hit strength stations focussing on key muscle groups using free weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises.   

Pilates: This is al owe impact, full-body workout designed to build core strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body awareness.  Through controlled movements and focussed breathing this class will help you develop long lean muscles while improving posture and stability. Expect a blend of traditional pilates exercises, mat work and mindful movement to lengthen your body. Perfect for all fitness levels.  This class will leave you feeling balanced, energized and refreshed.  

FitFusion: This class is a dynamic, full body workout that keeps you moving and motivated.  Rotate through a series of cardio and strength stations, each designed to challenge different muscle groups and energy systems.  Except a mix of bodyweight exercises, weights, resistance training, and heart pumping cardio bursts meant to build strength, endurance and agility.  This class will keep your heart rate up, while your muscles are engaged.  Be ready to sweat it out and leave feeling stronger than ever.  

Cycle- HIIT: This is a high energy fitness class that combines the best of carried and strength training.  Kick off your workout with invigorating ride on an indoor cycle, building endurance and torching calories with heart pumping intervals.  Then we will take it to the floor for a high intensity interval training session designed to challenge your strength ability and power.  This full body workout will leave you feeling strong, energized and accomplished. It is perfect for all fitness levels.  Come ready to ride, sweat and push your limits.  

HIIT Zone: This class is a fast paced, high intensity interval training class designed to push your limits and deliver maximum results in minimal time.  This workout alternates between explosive cardio bursts, strength-building movements, and short recovery periods to keep your heart rate elevated and metabolism firing.  Using a mix of bodyweight exercises, weights and functional movements, you'll build strength, endurance and power, all while torching calories.  

MetCon: This class is a high intensity metabolic conditioning class designed to maximize calorie burn, boost endurance and building functional strength using a mix of strength training, explosive movements and fast pace intervals.  This workout will challenge your bodies energy system for optimal fat loss and performance.  Expect a combination of weights, body weight exercises and cardio bursts to keep your heart rate elevated and your metabolism revved long after class ends. Get ready to sweat, push your limits and unleash your full potential.  

Cross Training: This progressive 6 week strength and conditioning series is designed to build your power, technique and endurance.  Over 6 weeks you will focus on mastering powerlifting and olympic lifts.  You will focus on developing strength, explosiveness, and efficiency in your movements.  Each session will include skill work, heavy lifts and structured progressions to improve form performance.  To finish strong, every workout ends with a high intensity finisher to challenge your conditioning and leave you feeling accomplished.  Whether you're looking to refine lifts or push your limits, this program will take your strength and fitness to the next level.
