BOXFIT: is a total body workout that will include 12-21 minutes
(4-7 rounds that are 3 minutes long), along with cardio and strength
HIITs and rest embedded throughout. Cardio and strength component will vary from body weight, to light weight strength building, to cardio and core building.
PUMP: PUMP is a total body workout that combines repetitions using light to moderate weights and cardio. This class encourages and motivates you in the group fitness setting to reach new limits! It is a great class for all fitness levels. You can burn up to 750 calories in one hour.
Indoor Cycling: Indoor cycling, as an organized activity, is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel. One hour of cycling burns between 750 and 1000 calories.
KickBoxing: KickBoxing is the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that’s a unique blend of intense intervals, strength/endurance training, and a relaxing cool-down. KickBoxing requires no previous kickboxing experience or equipment.
Bootcamp: Bootcamp runs you through a variety of lifts, cardio movements and sometimes interval training. It is generally more intense than a FitFusion class. This class will often consist of you attempting to complete as many reps or rounds as possible within a given time period. It is guaranteed to get your heart rate up, challenge you and leave you feeling it the next day.
FitFusion: This class will be at the instructors discretion but will center around stations, circuits etc. Its meant to be a fun, interactive class that includes weight lifting, interval training and cardio. Depending on the amount of people it will be adjusted accordingly.
HIIT Zone: This class is structured at the instructors discretion and consists of a combination of High Intensity Interval Training cardio exercises and Strength Training Complexes. A typical HIIT class may start with 5 minutes of HIIT on the indoor cycles followed by a 15 minute complex of 4 different strength/lifting exercises.
MetCon: This class is very similar to a HIIT class, but is meant to trigger all of your energy stores through muscle confusion. MetCon generally consists of heavy lifting stations with cardio blasts thrown in the mix. It ends with a "finisher" that is meant for you to put it all out there and finish strong.
