Meet our Fit Zone 11 Family
Chip Cox: Chip is Co-Owner of Fit Zone 11. He played professional football with the Detroit Lions, Washington Redskins and played 13 season with the Montreal Alouettes. He is a six time All-Star, 2 time Grey Cup Champion, was the CFL Most Outstanding Defensive Player of the year in 2013, and was named to the CFL all-decade team for 2010-2020. Chip is a 2nd degree black belt, is an indoor cycling instructor, lead boxing instructor and specializes in strength and conditioning and athletic training.
Mandy Cox: mandy is Co-Owner of Fit Zone 11. She is the head instructor and coordinator of youth programs for fit zone 11. She is a licensed History and special education teacher with Columbus City Schools and has 16 years of High School Softball and Volleyball coaching experience. she is a group fitness instructor for hiit, fit fusion, pump, cycle, cross training and boxfit.
Michelle Fuss: Michelle is a First Degree Black Belt. She instructs Cardio-Kickboxing, Step aerobics, cycle and is also certified PUMP instructor. Michelle serves as our lead CARDIO PUMP Instructor.
Chico Bayes: chico has a strong fitness background with a focus in martial arts. he qualified for the junior olympics at the age of 15. He is currently a mixed martial artist, taking 11th in welterweight in the state of ohio. he has a 2-0 record as a professional boxer, as well as a purple belt in jiu jitsu. Chico serves in the capacity as a group fitness instructor, as well as a personal trainer and nutrition advisor. he owns and operates functions of brazilian jiu jitsu out of FZ11.
